Vocational training program

Based on the foundation's core objective of supporting local communities in achieving sustainable economic development, and its goals of empowering individuals through the implementation of sustainable development projects, providing humanitarian assistance, and promoting community participation,

In light of the increasing challenges facing young people and job seekers in the labor market, the Al-Ayam for Development Foundation has launched an initiative to provide integrated training programs aimed at qualifying and developing individuals' skills and creating effective bridges between training outcomes and the actual needs of the labor market

Given the growing number of university and institute graduates facing challenges in entering the labor market, there is a need for high-quality training programs that bridge the gap between academic qualifications and the actual requirements of the labor market
